This beautiful handcrafted keepsake heart picture includes four tags embellished with images from antique postcards, embroidery, vintage buttons and trimmings. As each picture is individually made there will, therefore, be slight variations.
The keepsake picture can be personalised to include your own special wording. A wonderful unique gift, perfect for someone special.
The keepsake heart picture allows you to personalise up to two small tags (up to eight characters) with your own wording on each. This could include names, dates, special words etc. Please use 'Add Special Instructions to Merchant' at checkout to include your personalised information when placing your order, with details of the wording for your two tags.
To make the picture even more personal, we are happy to create designs that can incorporate your own images, initials, favourite flower, hobbies, buttons, trimmings, mementoes or include your own fabric swatches.
Please contact us before you place an order if additional personalisation is required. We will then discuss the design of your picture in more detail and create a custom listing for your order. There will be an additional charge for this personalisation.
The finished keepsake picture comes framed in either a black or white box frame and measures 16cm x 16cm. Please use the drop down menu to indicate your choice of colour.
